Who We Are Looking For: Candidates who possess • Sales motivated individuals • Those with excellent customer service/phone etiquette and writing skills • Applicants who can effectively establish client relationships/rapport • Being bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement. Technical Experience • Must have experience as a mortgage loan originator • Familiar with encompass loan origination software • Comprehensive knowledge of underwriting and qualifying guidelines of all FNMA, FHLMC, VA and FHA loans. • Understand the GFE/TIL and TRID requirements License Requirements • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
